We offer after-hours service calls (anytime after 5pm or on weekends), annual preventative maintenance contracts that include free parts, discounts for landlords with multiple properties, two year labor warranties on new major equipment, and very competitive pricing no matter the size of the job.

This service is to change the return air filters quarterly.  The price covers the labor and fuel surcharge.  The cost of the actual filters is additional.  What are the filter sizes?

$160; A system inspection and cleaning to prepare for the upcoming season. Filters are included. 
 First complete system is $160 (fuel surcharge included), each additional is $95

$125; A system inspection and cleaning to prepare for the upcoming season. First complete system is $125 (includes fuel surcharge), each additional is $75
